Exchanges and Returns
- Items will be accepted for exchange or return within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with a copy of your invoice.
- Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 21 days from original receipt.
- Please contact us via email at tininhasboutique@hotmail.com to let us know a return is on the way.
- Your account will be credited within three days of receipt less any shipping costs. You will be emailed a confirmation at that time.

- Sale items are also eligible for exchange or refund except items that are marked final sale/no returns.
- If there was a mistake on our part, or in the case that an item was faulty, you will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
- We will not be able to refund international duties and taxes.
- We are unable to offer any price adjustments.

Domestic Shipping
- Orders will be fulfilled and shipped via FEDEX or USPS priority Mail within two business days of receiving your order.
- FEDEX Ground - Flat fee: $10 (Except Hawaii and Alaska, in which case we will contact you first with the actual shipping cost and add the additional after you place your order). Merchandise will typically arrive within 5 days. Note: FEDEX cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.
- Priority Mail by US Postal Service - Flat Fee $14 (except Hawaii and Alaska, in which case we will contact you first with the actual shipping cost and add the additional after you place your order). merchandise will typically arrive within 3 days to most places.
- Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Washington State.
- If you are shipping internationally taxes and import duties will be determined by the country to which you are shipping. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping
- We use US Postal Service Express Mail for international delivery. We will charge a flat fee of $48 for shipping and handling of orders up to five pounds. If your order exceeds five pounds we will contact you with the actual shipping cost and add the additional after you place your order.
- Your shipment will be insured and include a tracking number.
- Merchandise typically arrives in one week.
- We would like international customers to be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT and additional fees your purchase may entail.
- A 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs applies to any international orders which are refused by the customer.
